*You have a legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after you have received the goods.

*Any item damaged in transit will be rectified free of charge.

*While all care is taken in the packing and delivery of our items please check upon delivery for any damage and report to driver immediately so we can replace free of charge.

*Returned items must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging.

*Full payment must be received before orders are dispatched.

*Free delivery is to mainland UK only, if you require orders sent outside of this area please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote for you.

*If no one is home on the organised day of delivery or the goods can’t be delivered through an error of the recipient there will be a 35 pound re-delivery charge for second delivery.

*Orders are normally delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

*Delivery personnel may locate your order to a room of your choice on the ground floor.

*It is the customers responsibility to check that the size of the item ordered is physically able to fit through doorways.

*Images on our site are as accurate as possible but may appear slightly different due to light.

*Products made from natural wood can differ slightly in colouring, knots and grain. These are not deemed to be defects as it is a natural product.

*Any manufacture or product quality issues can be returned for a refund within a period of 180 days, replaced free of charge up to 365 days, or will qualify for ‘on site’ repair up to 5 years, or alternatively if a customer wants to return a product 12% of the cost price is deducted for every complete year from date of purchase to date of return request. All issues must be reported to our customer service team and we must accept the issue as being a valid manufacture issue.
